What happens after the 12 month period?
You can walk away and take your finished website elsewhere.  If you wish to stay with us (and we hope you do), we can host your website and email from as little as $13.75 a month.

If you have a GoDaddy site when you leave them you leave your site behind and have to start all over. Not with us!

How do I go about paying Bracewell Web Works every month?
We invoice you 15 days in advance each month. You can by check or with a credit card through PayPal.

I need something a bit different. Can you still help me?
Certainly! Just contact us and we can discuss your requirement in more detail.

Are these websites subcontracted out?
No, I do everything in house. 100% made in the U.S.A.! I’m a certified webmaster and have been in business since 2000 in Colorado Springs.

Are your websites built with the most current coding standards?
Absolutely! AND all of our sites work across top browsers, versions of browsers and operating systems.

Will you teach me how to use the content management system (Deluxe and Premium Packages)?
You bet! When the site is complete we will schedule up to a 1 hour phone training session with you.  If you have basic computer skills such as using Word, you’ll find it very easy!  If you require more training we are happy to provide it at our hourly rates. (most people don’t need any more than an hour)

What if I want to make changed to my content after I’ve given it to you and you’ve formatted it.
With the Deluxe or Premium package you will be able to edit the content yourself with the content management system.  But we are happy to do it at our regular hourly rate, currently $85 per hour (subject to change without notice).

Does this offer apply to existing websites?
Yes, we can take the content from your existing site and 'drop it into' the new design. Only limitation is the amount of pages your current website has.

What if my existing site has more than 5 pages?
Additional pages can be added for $25 per page, simple as that.

Does the site come with a custom logo?
No, but if you have an existing logo we will incorporate it into your new site or we can quote you a price on a logo.

Are updates for the content management system included?
No, but we can upgrade and test your CMS software (as needed) for only $50.
